Make your order online from the products which are available in stock & confirm it. You can select your desired designs & its colors and put them to cart.

Transfer Booking Deposit

After confirmation of order you will receive an email stating booking deposit to be paid, you will have to transfer the booking deposit and email us on info@manekratna.com, once we confirm the receipt we will start processing your order.

Order Processing & Invoice Generation

After receipt of booking deposit we will take approximately 2-3 working days to give you the final invoice after the quality check.

Tranfer Balance Amount

We will email you the final invoice mentioning all the products booked for you with discounts & VAT, you have to transfer the balance amount deducting the deposit made and inform us on info@manekratna.com.

Once we receive confirmation of balance transfer we will ship the package and provide you tracking details within 24 hours.

WHAT IS ORDER

  • Order is placed for products which are in stock and readily available with us. Stock accuracy is upto 90% at Manek Ratna, we cannot commit 100% since there are multiple B2B customers placing order at the same time on our portal for the same product which you desire to order.
  • We always encourage our customers to make order from products which are available with us, so they can easily get those. Avoid wish orders.

WHAT IS WISH ORDER

  • Wish order is basically placed for products which are not in stock and you wish to order or if you want to place bulk order of same design. Chances of you getting products which are not in stock is only 10%. If you have ordered 12-15 pcs of same design then you will get that product 100% after making booking deposit, wait time for product to get manufactured will be 15-20 working days.
  • Note that if you are ordering products from wish list and if that product is low value product then usually MOQ will be 12-15 nos of the same design.

Yes we have minimum order Amount of INR 10,000 for the first time you start working with us. After the  first order there is no minimum order amount, you can order for the amount you wish to.

No, we do not have any MOQ for any design, this is the best part to work with Manek Ratna.

Yes there are discounts offered depending on your billing amount, discount slabs are as follows :

5% SLAB PERMANENT

First Billing INR 15,000 & GREATER

You will enjoy lifetime 5% discount until you jump to the next slab by billing for that slab amount on one shot.
Your second bill can be of INR 5,000 but still you will get 5% Discount.

No, as per our company policy we cannot provide you images without watermark.

Yes, you can use our images online / offline only if you are our customer else you may invite legal action.

You can take order on images but we cannot guarantee availability of the product when you take order, there will be instances when you will have to say no to your customers, since while you are seeing a product is in stock at the same time other customers are booking the same product so we strongly suggest to keep stock availability with you so you don't have to loose your customers.

AFTER LOGIN ORDER

Once you are logged in you will be able to check prices with quantity available in each product. Click on order button. 4

AFTER CLICK ON ORDER BUTTON / WISH ORDER BUTTON

Once you have clicked on order / wish order button you will see a popup which will give you two options beneath each colour : 1.ORDER 2.WISH ORDER If you want to place order from ready stock then select the quantity as per the quantity available in each color and hit order button. If you want to plase order for a product which is not in stock then you can enter your desired quantity in wish order box and hit wish order button, please note that if a product is not in stock then you will have to order 12 of the same design, colours can be your choice in order for us to process your wishlist, there are acception like Kundan/ CZ jewellery where the quantity can be less. 5

REVIEW YOU ORDER OR WISHLIST

After clicking on MY CART or MY WISHLIST, please review you order, select shipping , payments and deliver address and then proceed to checkout. Once you click on proceed to checkout your order is placed. 7

AFTER ORDER PLACEMENT

Once your order is placed you will receive an email mentioning order details and booking deposit required in order for us to start processing your order with the bank details. Once you transfer the booking deposit we will start processing your invoice and send you the final invoice within 3 working days. For wish orders we will review your wish order and email you the booking deposit which will be required to start manufacturing the products.

AFTER FINAL INVOICE & BEFORE DISPATCH

Once we send you the final invoice you need to transfer the balance payment and we will dispatch the goods and provide you with the tracking details.

SHIPPING FAQs

Shipping in INDIA is done via DTDC courier and is charged @ Rs. 120/500 gms & Rs. 150/kg.
After package is shipped, tracking details will be provided within 24 hours via email.

Yes we ship Internationally to all Countries.

International shipping to all countries is charged on actuals depending on weight of the package.
Package is shipped internationally via couriers like Fedex, DHL, UPS & Aramex which will provide you complete tracking details within 24 hours of dispatch. We evaluate and select the courier so that you get the best shipping rates for your country.

On receiving the package first thing you do is to take total count of the products as mentioned in the invoice which is there in your my account section. If you find any product which you have not received then please mention the SKU of the product along with its color and email us on support@manekratna.com within 24 hours of receipt of the package.

For missing products there are 2 possibilities :

  1. Products are at our office and it was missed in packaging from our end. (This is very rare once the product is in your invoice), our team will investigate this thoroughly and get back to you. If we find any products which are in our office we will refund the remaining products amount or adjust the same in your next order.
  2.  Products went missing after the package is dispatched from our office during transit, in this case we will try our best to discover missing products by coordinating with the courier company. Manek Ratna will not be liable to bear any financial loss caused due to products missing during transit, since this is beyond our control.

Usually 99% of times the packages are delivered successfully without any hassles.
We use branded cargo companies like Fedex, DTDC, DHL , UPS , etc., but still if there is any loss of package during transit, that is after we have shipped from Manek Ratna, then things are beyond our control and we would try our best to get your package traced but would not be liable to bear any financial loss caused due to loss of package.

No the package is not insured for National & International Shipments, for any further queries email us on support@manekratna.com.

Yes you can send your courier / shipment partner, we will handover the package to the concerned person after having a total count of the products in presence of the pickup person.
Please Note : After the handover of the parcel, Manek Ratna will not be liable if any product is lost or the package is lost, Manek Ratna will not bear any financial loss caused due to this.

  • Our team works hard to provide you defect free products but there are instances when you may receive a defective product which is not repairable at your end then we accept return of these products and replace the same in your future orders or refund the amount once we receive the defective product back. If you receive any defective product then please email us on support@manekratna.com.
  • Defect a lot of times is caused in transit during shipping.
  • Stones popping out during transit is not considered as defect since these can be easily stuck back at your end, we will guide you for the same, just drop us an email on support@manekratna.com

No, we do not accept returns for products which you do not like, this is the minimum risk which has to be born by you.

Yes you have to return the defective product back to us, only then will we replace / refund the amount.

We replace the defective product in you future orders parcel. So that you do not incur extra shipping cost.
